About the Topic

Accounting students in their first years are introduced to the concept that the Accountancy Program can also be a prerequisite for taking law for those aiming to be lawyers. Although the Accountancy course does take law subjects, It does not explicitly and clearly explain why it has been deemed a prerequisite. The Topic will shed light to these lapse in information. It will tackle topics such as how different Law is from Accounting as well as how accountancy was deemed to be a prerequisite for the lawyer profession.
